About ESN North America Inc.

ESN NA is a US based broker dealer specializing in selling International Equities to US / Canadian based institutions.  ESN NA is a member of FINRA and SIPC.  Currently ESN NA is owned by three of the ESN members, respectively they are CM-CIC Securities, Banca Akros, Spa. And Caja Madrid Bolsa, CVMB. 

ESN NA was established in 1998. It currently has a full International equities sales team selling the ESN Research products.

ESN NA specializes in a “full service” brokerage package including roadshows of corporate management teams to the Americas as well as roadshows involving institutional investors to the European marketplace.  Also in place is a fully equipped trading desk including FIX connections, live European hours and basket trading.

In addition, ESN NA purchased Akros Securities, Inc. in 2007 to expand its product to sell US equities to an international client base.  This new division complements the already existing product and helps to service the ESN members’ clients with a US equity product.
